A chat box is an overlay box that drops down onto a web page while a visitor is actively viewing the page and asks the viewer if they need further assistance.

If the viewer clicks the Yes option, a chat window will open and the chat rep will engage the viewer with a script of questions they have been given with the intention of capturing the viewers information and establishing them as a qualified lead.
If the viewer clicks the No option, the chat box minimizes and drops down into the corner, waiting should the viewer change their mind.
Converting the client
From here, it is up to you to follow up on the lead in a timely manner and convert the inquiry into a paying client.
Once the chat conversation has ended, you will receive an email or text message to your phone with the actual script of the chat included so you can view the entire online conversation which took place. You will only be billed for qualified chat leads, not leads that are irrelevant to you.
You will have the option to customize both the chat box as well as the script used by the chat representative in order to reflect your image and business.
